DH EMR Clinic guides
DH EMR Clinic is for a clinic with internet all day and a team that works from the same records at the same time. Staff sign in with their own accounts and roles: Reception, Triage, Provider, Lab and Pharmacy, plus administrators. Each role lands on its own workspace. A patient-flow board shows who is waiting, who is being seen and who is done, and every device sees a change within seconds. The organization owns its own cloud project; Damico Health hosts nothing and sees nothing.
The guides
- Setting up DH EMR Clinic for your organization: for the organization lead, start to finish. Create your own cloud project, make the first administrator, set up your own device, invite the staff devices with a join link or QR code, approve accounts and set roles, and watch the board come alive. With what you need, the honest limits, and what to do when the internet goes down.
- User guide: day-to-day work by role. Signing in, the board, the Lab and Pharmacy screens, the visit form as each role sees it, finding patients, and what the chip and the banners mean.
- Admin guide: for the administrators. The Staff screen (approving, roles, revoking, other administrators), and customizing the organization's forms, lists, formulary, lab tests and presets for everyone.

Clinic and Field
DH EMR Field is the separate offline product for entering paper charts after clinic, with no accounts at all. It is also the backup app for a Clinic organization when its internet or backend is down: the clinic charts on paper, and the charts are typed into Field afterwards. The two products do not share records, there is no switch between them, and there is no import from Field into Clinic today. The Field guides are a separate set.
