DH EMR Field guides
DH EMR Field is for entering paper charts after clinic. It works with no internet. There are no accounts: the device is the identity. A device can work on its own, or several devices can share one cloud key and sync whenever there is signal.
The guides
- Getting started: set up a device with the setup wizard, on its own or connected to your cloud. Enter your first visit. Take your first backup.
- User guide: day-to-day work on a device. Entering visits, finding patients, analytics, sync and backups, and what the banners mean.
- Admin guide: for whoever runs the organization. Form templates, diagnosis quick-picks and prescription presets, the formulary, lab tests and reference ranges, clinic lists, and the devices.
- Cloud sync setup: for the admin standing up the organization's own cloud project so several devices can share records and sync.

Field and Clinic
DH EMR Field is also the backup app for a DH EMR Clinic organization when its backend is down. The two products do not share records, and there is no switch between them. The Clinic guides are a separate set.
