Field
DH EMR Field
Offline paper-chart entry after clinic. No accounts: the device is the identity. One device on its own, or several devices sharing one cloud key. Also the backup app for a Clinic organization when its backend is down.

Clinic
DH EMR Clinic
A live clinic with internet all day. Staff sign in with their own accounts and roles: Reception, Triage, Provider, Lab and Pharmacy, plus administrators. A patient-flow board shows who is waiting, who is being seen and who is done, and every device sees a change within seconds.
- Setting up DH EMR Clinic: for the organization lead, from a new cloud project and the first administrator to the join link for the staff devices
- User guide: day-to-day work by role: signing in, the board, the Lab and Pharmacy screens, the visit form as each role sees it
- Admin guide: the Staff screen, the per-section Roles grid, and the organization's forms, lists, formulary and lab tests
Which product do I use?
- You enter visits from paper charts after the clinic day, often with no internet, and nobody signs in: that is Field.
- Your staff sign in with their own accounts and use the app during the visit, with internet all day: that is Clinic.
- The two products do not share records, and there is no switch between them. A Clinic organization keeps Field as its backup app for days when its backend is down.
